Shrnutí:The present work is based on the research line of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, education and communication for human and social development and the Society and Education research subline, diagnosing the teaching-learning processes and educational inclusion in children with special needs. Special Educational Units of the General Educational Unit "Leónidas Plaza Gutiérrez". The research problem will be developed by identifying children with Special Educational Needs who are excluded in the educational field, being the student who has some special need. For this reason, the present strategies project for children with language development problems aims to design methodological strategy workshops for children aged 4 to 5 years with language problems in the Leónidas Plaza Gutiérrez General Educational Unit, it has a constructivist pedagogical approach. , where it is a dynamic and interactive process of problem solving for children with difficulties in language development, therefore this constitutes not only a problem of the boy or girl, but rather it is decisive in the process of adaptation to the school environment and for the boy or the girl, for which the strategies for the stimulation of oral language in boys and girls were elaborated, the same ones that were described in the proposal "I learn and have fun with my friends the words", which It is a development of playful activities and consists of eight dynamic workshops that will help improve children's language to avoid possible problems.
