Mejora del proceso de fabricación de tejas de barro y/o arcilla en la parroquia La Victoria

This research work is about the tile manufacturing process in the parish of La Victoria that allows improving working conditions and product quality. Nowadays tile craftsmen feel the need to implement techniques and machines that improve their production with greater planning in the preparation process. Because the repetitions of the same techniques of elaboration and a minimum introduction of new specialized knowledge have not generated greater utilities that justify the work of extreme exhaustion given to this practice. The interest is in proposing a productive process that is feasible with a small investment, according to the socioeconomic and environmental environment that favors the development of tile manufacturers, and at the same time preserve an image and characteristics of the final product. At the end of the study it was possible to determine that it is necessary to develop a correct distribution of the area, which allows consecutive processes and shorter production time, with less physical effort to prevent workers from fatigued by unnecessary efforts, in addition with the contribution of the machinery it is possible to increase the production of tiles with a more compact and better quality product, since at present the work is done in a traditional way.
