Add Tag | Summary: | The objective of this research was to develop a Quality Auditing Company BEECONS, Canton Quito, Pichincha Province, to evaluate all policies and standards are implemented in the company. It is important to note to get success is, assuming an appropriate organization that involves the participation of all company members. For this research the applicants used collection methods such as observation, interviews and surveys conducted among members and institution clients. We also used the methodology of the audit results by which ones will be detailed it the final report where they were obtained. This paper proposes a solution to the problem, and thus provides solutions to the weaknesses and gaps, once completed the examination the respective findings were established, opportunities for improvement and corrective action will arise; and finally report of the audit’s findings and recommendations will be issued. |
