Sumari:The unexpected changes occurred on Education due to the worldwide pandemic named COVID-19, has shown the difficulties that teachers have faced with, as they have taken in the use of the Technologies of Information and Communication TIC. in the process of Teaching/Learning. Thus, this research main goal is to analyze the Teacher Training context and the inclusion of TIC in pandemic time throughout the teachers’ experiences of two educational institutions of Cotopaxi province. To set down this study, a “ Short Stories Guide” was implemented, a Qualitative Research with interpretive Approach was used and the Interview technique as a tool and a guide was applied for the qualitative data collection. The input of this enquiry is rather socioeducational because it fosters to improve the teachers’ attitude when handing on and when training, through the critic of short stories based on real experiences so that they will motivate the teachers in the construction and production of knowledge on TIC usage in the Teaching/Learning methods. In conclusion, the Teacher Training is essential to overcome the unpredictable changes in the transition from the conventional education to virtual education owing to the health crisis appeared by COVID-19, which demands to employ technology as a strategic mechanism to strengthen the educational task.
