| الملخص: | This research was conducted to determine the psychosocial factors affecting the company staff Agroplantas Cia. Ltda., Located in the province of Pichincha in the rural parish of Pifo belonging to the Metropolitan District of Quito, and the relationship with absenteeism. Analyze psychosocial factors is no easy task, particularly in a context where the real importance that the issue deserves been determined, either for lack of knowledge or soon by associating it with different overall themes of the work environment as economic discontent. Different points to be addressed in this research enabled us to expand the vision of labor psychosociology, covering important topics such as psychosocial stressors as such, in the first situations that represent the organization being framed politics, social responsibility and business strategy important points of research, without neglecting the cultural part of it as adequate supervision or finding an efficient leadership and goal to increase communication and facilitate information cornerstones of an organization. Besides the actual conditions of the worker as job stability, personal fulfillment in a job, their interrelation in the context and the factors that contribute to the quality of their effort is observed, considering their personal skills, autonomy need to perform them and representative of his fellow social support. To determine these factors method Navarro Institute of Occupational Health for Identifying risk situations and psychosocial factors correlated with the statistical analysis of absenteeism and turnover of the company was used, it allowed a suitable proposal for intervention |
