Ychwanegu Tag | Crynodeb: | This research is focused about a management audit of the administrative area and its impact on decision-making at Almacén Mega Lady Sport in La Maná Canton, Cotopaxi province, during the 2022 period. The research methodology includes inductive, deductive, and analytical methods. Some kinds of research were used, including applied research, literature review, field research, and qualitative analysis. For getting the current company information, the COSO I internal control questionnaire was used. This questionnaire has some components such as Control Environment, Risk measurement, Control Activities, Information and Communication, and Monitoring. The application of the COSO I questionnaire indicated a consolidated confidence level of 93%, which Is located at HIGH range, while the calculated risk level was 7%, classified as LOW. Finally, as a proposal project about a manual of policies, functions, and procedures was designed for Almacén Mega Lady Sport. We got a conclusion that the company lacks in to a formal procedure across various departments. Therefore, it is recommended to implement a model of a manual of functions, and procedures for Almacén Mega Lady Sport. |
