Estudio administrativo de un emprendimiento turístico: caso de estudio del emprendimiento “Lulú”

The objective of this project is to develop an administrative study by developing processes for the correct functioning of the Lulú enterprise, a nascent microenterprise focused on the organization of events. It is located in the Tambillo parish belonging to the Mejía canton of the province of Pichincha and was born as a result of the need to generate income and employment for family members, in the same way it is a way to take advantage of a market opportunity and the demand in decoration and organization of events. The research problem lies in the lack of an administrative process for the venture, which causes its management to not take advantage of the resources in the best way, that is, it does not have the theoretical knowledge for its correct administration. Within the methodology, qualitative research was applied with a deductive approach, in the first objective to know the diagnosis of Lulú's competence, a benchmarking was developed that allowed knowing the status of 3 ventures focused on events with the purpose of adapting or improving some practices and implement them in Lulú and added to this, through the Competitive Profile Matrix, the panorama of the offer was known; The diagnosis made to Lulú allowed us to clarify its current administrative situation; With the help of the previously collected data, the canvas model helped to establish how the Lulú enterprise should operate, obtaining an optimal database through which the second objective is given, where the Administrative Process was developed with its respective phases; In the planning phase, the business culture was established by establishing mission, vision and business policies to direct the proposal for the creation of the venture. A SWOT, MEFI matrix, MEFE matrix, crossed SWOT were prepared, determining key aspects of the environment and the venture itself to improve them. through the strategic matrix in order to develop effective strategies to achieve its objectives.
