Ամփոփում: | The present degree work has the purpose of carrying out an investigation on methods of development of Chatbots, for this the “Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi” is proposed as a case study. Chatbots are a type of artificial intelligence software that have the ability to communicate and apply learned knowledge by simulating human intelligence. The creation of a Chatbot allows to reduce response times, they have the availability to answer user questions on a permanent basis and are capable of answering complex questions. The objective of the work was achieved, since a Chatbot prototype was implemented, thus leaving the bases for a next version that can be deployed at the “Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi”, the development was carried out using the decision tree algorithm, and agile practices for managing the development process. To verify the hypothesis, the expert judgment technique was applied through a checklist with the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient method, which helped to measure the reliability of the research project. |
