Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | This research was conducted in the company "ECUAPOLLO", specifically in the area of production, the aim of this paper is to analyze and then propose the acquisition of a silo storage capacity optimally balanced for balanced growth. First the problems that owns the production process of the company through a tour of the production area and an interview with the General Manager of the ECUAPOLLO Company to identify and evaluate the problems afflicting the productive area is analyzed, then a team is created working to generate a brainstorm of the causes of the aforementioned problems, by Ishikawa diagram. After analyzing the causes by Pareto diagram, and finally we get the most important causes of problems in the production area. |
