Sažetak: | The project has as purpose to establish a technological applications set from TDFJ-160 can electric sealing machine into agro-industrial transformation processes, in order to promote the research laboratory from Agroindustry career from Cotopaxi Technical University, allowing the students to perform the equipment correct use, thus generating necessary skills and competencies their professional training. This work within the manual, it refers to the different maintenance which are routine, preventive, predictive and corTective, what are required to avoid the machinery deterioration, as well as, it contributes to the description knowledge and equipment proper use for people knowledge, who are going to make its handling with the aim by reduCing occupational risks. Technological and scientific development has incorporated in the equipment a functions number and particular modes of operation, which obligatorily entail to the programs implementation, what allow keeping the machine best operating conditions used this work. Once, they established the use, operation and maintenance guidelines of TDFJ-160 can electric sealing machine, it was proceeded to perform the demonstrative technological practices, therefore, it made agro-industrial products different types, which were condensed milk, peaches in syrup and pineapple slices in syrup, all, these products were performed, properly with correct sealing, for extending the made products useful life. Finally, it is mentioned, what the made products in the indicated practices above are quality products, they required for conservation and for human consumption, further, they were performed different sensory analyzes, such as color, smell, flavor and elaborated products texture. |
