Sumario:The purpose of this research work was to evaluate the physical and chemical properties of the soil in the melloco crop prior to the incorporation of three organic fertilizers with three different doses on terrace 10 at the Technical University of Cotopaxi, Salache sector (CEYPSA). An experimental design of completely randomized blocks (DBCA) in a factorial arrangement of 3X3+1 with 3 replications was carried out. The variables under study were germination percentage, the best treatments T2 (ecoabonaza, 20 t/ha) and T7 (fertiplus, 10 t//ha), with 81.27. In the number of leaves, treatment T9 (fertiplus dose two) at a rate of 30 tons per hectare with an average of 15 units. In leaf width, the T6 treatment (nutriabono, 30 t/ha) obtained an average of 2.33 cm. In leaf length, treatment T9 (fertiplus 30 t/ha) obtained an average of 3.33 cm. In plant height, treatment T1 (ecoabonaza 10 t/ha) had a percentage of 8.1 cm. In tillering, treatment T5 (nutriabono 20 t/ha) had an average of 4.5 units. In stem diameter, treatment T6 (nutriabono 30 t/ha), treatment T5 (nutriabono 20 t/ha), treatment T4 (nutriabono 10 t/ha), treatment T9 (fertiplus 30 t/ha), had an average of 0.3 cm. In relation to the chemical analysis of potassium (K), the most representative variation was in treatment T8 (fertiplus 20 t/ha), increasing from 4 to 5.1meq/100gr. In nitrogen (N), the most representative increase was in treatment T2 (ecoabonaza 20t/ha) going from 2.01 to 76 ppm. In phosphorus (P) the most notable increase was in treatment T2 (ecoabonaza 20t/ha) where it increased from 36 to 187.6 ppm. In calcium (Ca) the most notable increase was in T1 (ecoabonaza 10 t/ha) 23.2 to 25.8 meq/100gr. In magnesium (Mg) the most relevant increase was in treatment T2 (ecoabonaza 20t/ha) 3 to 3.9 meq/100gr. In the physical analysis, the highest real density was obtained in the treatment with a value of 2.43 gr/ml and the apparent density in the treatment T4 (nutriabono, 10t/ha) with a value of 1.30 gr/ml is as an average of the values of the samples taken at 10, 20 and 30 centimeters depth. With the above data, it is recommended that the application of organic matter in treatments T8 (fertiplus 20 t/ha), T2(ecoabonaza 20t/ha), T1(ecoabonaza 10 t/ha) and T4 (nutriabono, t/ha) have a direct influence on the physical and chemical characteristics of the eroded soils of CEASA.
