Análisis del manejo cromático en los tres principales parques de la ciudad de Sigchos 2023 – 2024.

The research was carried out in the Sigchos canton, belonging to the province of Cotopaxi, with the objective of analyzing the chromatic structure in the three main parks of the city of Sigchos. The methodology used was qualitative-quantitative, since the qualitative data reflect the current situation of the parks and the quantitative data provide numerical values. For the research, it was proposed to recognize the existing plant species, through direct observation, order the species identified by their common name, scientific name and determine each of the plant species, with morphological determination of the species by means of the chromatic circle. The results obtained indicate that in the central park Antonio Mata, is rectangular in shape with a number of species of 35, with a range of 5 colors and 1416 plants in an area of 1600m2, the park Agusto Grandes has a range of 4 colors that inhabit within the park 14 species, 334 plants with an area of 3300m2, while the park family 1 houses 16 plant species 4 types of colors and 160 plants in an area of 1400m2, the green color predominates with 77%, 11% yellow color, followed by 5% purple color, and in last place 5% red color. The proposal for the improvement of the green areas with the existing species in the parks of the city of Sigchos to improve the chromatics, ergonomics, shape and size, it is concluded that in the parks of Sigchos should improve the range of colors, range of species, shapes or figures within the study area for the welfare and good living of people.
