Sumari:The change management of the company Lácteos Maribella was investigated due to the covid-19 confinement. The problem occurs because as the coronavirus forced countries to close, the dairy market was one of the most affected in the world of food, having effects on the production rate, and even on job satisfaction of the staff. The objective was to analyze the incidence of change management from the "Kübler Ross" model in the production processes in the company Lácteos Maribella post covid-19 confinement. A descriptive, documentary and field method was used with a qualitative and quantitative approach, taking the company's workers as population, with a sample of 30 people, throughthe survey with the levels of denial, anger, depression, negotiation, and acceptance. It turned out that most of the workers completely deny that the covid-19 affected production, that is; there is a denial of the new processes in 66%, so as an effect they do not care, nor try to negotiate or understand the new production processes. The study concluded that change management impacts production processes, supported by the 60% (18 people) who maintain that changesin the model always affect production. The results of Spermancorrelation test, with a significance level of 0.98 (above the threshold of 0.05), confirm the scientific question aboutthe crucial role of change management in these processes.
