Summary:The development of this project was carried out with the purpose of designing a business plan for the generation of the distribution chain of the blackberry processing plant of the Agricultural Association of Producers and Marketers October 21, because its main problem is a deficient distribution chain of the blackberry pulp that is produced in its processing plant, this weakness prevents the growth and positioning of the product in the market; During the development of this titling project, the objective was to design a Business Plan for the generation of the distribution chain of the blackberry pulp of the agricultural association of producers and marketers October 21, in order to achieve business growth. of the association and improve its position in the market, this research is quantitative, because it was essential to collect data on supply and demand, for their respective analysis, the same ones that allowed elucidating alternative solutions to the problem posed, for which which a questionnaire was used through a survey, and was directed to the partners of the agricultural association; and also to the potential clients, the families of the different cantons of the province of Cotopaxi, which allowed knowing that the acceptance of the product is 94.30%. Concluding that there is an unsatisfied demand of 17.91 metric tons of blackberry pulp per month in the cities of Latacunga, Pujilí, Saquisilí, La Maná and Valencia, after carrying out the financial study it was determined that the NPV of the project is $23,447.82; the IRR reaches 26.43% and the recovery period is DDDDDD,
