Samenvatting:The study of the model for the management of human talent of the Institution, presents a technical work instruction, contemplates an improvement in the administrative management unit. Its purpose is to promote a skillful performance for the recruitment and selection of new personnel, implement the restructuring of the assigned units to take advantage of the skills and abilities of human talent to be a guide for job evaluation. The objective of the proposal to be developed is to provide a management model for the human talent unit that facilitates and speeds up the selection and recruitment of academic staff at the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Tena. The elaboration of a management model based on fundamental phases and stages has been proposed, which indicates the elaboration of a Personnel Recruitment process, analysis and review of applications and curriculum vitae, selection techniques, labor investigation and report of final results. This model also outlines recruitment and selection requirements to guide the development and implementation of personnel evaluation programs. The advantages of describing and categorizing the positions within the Human Talent Unit justify its elaboration and updating, since it must be adapted to the needs of the institution. According to the internal regulations of the institution, there is no practical guide that helps to improve the selection of personnel, which is why it is important to use the proposal made to serve as a guide for the fulfillment of said selection.
