Sumario:The main purpose of this research work was the elaboration and implementting of the Marketing Plan perofrmed to the Tambillo Ltda. Savings and Credit Cooperative, in order to achieve financial development and increase its market position which can develop. This research project was exposed the theoretical foundation which was the main base for the development of the research project. The same consists of brief and true lineaments obtained of electronic and updated bibliographic documents. Later, it is planned the resarch application of markets oriented at obtaining necessary information to establish the Marketing Plan is using the deductive and inductive methods. Also, it is techniques and tools as are the surveys what facilitated the correct analysis of the factors surrounding the financial institution. Finally, the proposal was established, which is elaborated on base to the results gathered from market research, themselves that are have been directed to the commercial development search of the service and the optimal positioning search of the institution in the Tambillo Parish. All these points are created through a descrition a strategies serie that focuses on four axes of marketing mix and so, tehy potentiate the functionality.
