The purpose of this investigation is to have an administrative and financial tool in order to contribute the administrative and financial work of this companies. The administrative area will be increase in the corporative values; the administrative process and organization structure join with a function delimitation the financial part will contribute with the costs and egress structuration, financial analysis with the main indicators. This investigation consist in: to Design an Administrative and Financial Management Pattern witch will permit to improve the administrative and financial process guided to the efficient making decisions in order to increase the services and profitability through key strategies presented a large and a short plazo. The utility of this work will be very important by the directors and members of the different responsibilities in the Transport taxis modality in Cotopaxi Province. |
