Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The present project was carried out in the Parish of Machachi, Canton Mejia and its objective was to determine the total microbiota and detect the presence of functional groups such as nitrogen-fixing bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes associated with the potato rhizosphere, by means of laboratory prospection in soil, root macerate and root fragments in two replicates, where CFU*gr-1 and conidia*gr-1, were determined, for which we used specific culture media for each group and the observations were made using 10-7 dilutions. The quantity of microorganisms present in the replicates and in the sowing methods was compared. |
