Aplicación de la auditoria de calidad en la empresa agricovic agricola victoria colors ubicada en la parroquia Pastocalle, canton Latacunga provincia Cotopaxi, periodo 2011-2012

This research focuses on the application of a quality audit, the objective of this to verify compliance with the norms, all this is process focused on the production of flowers, and in turn be granted by determining how resources are used by the institution employees. Companies are forced to improve productivity every day to meet the demands and updates that are constantly generated. Therefore, the adoption of quality management systems provides the basis for optimal overall management of resources, to check compliance has been chosen methods such as deductive and analytical techniques that were used as Observation, Interview and Survey ; that the director and the entire staff of the agency were applied in order to check whether the production process and other processes are being managed with the standards of right quality, based on this investigation concluded that despite the percentage of disagreement that exists it was essential this review of the implementation and compliance of many established standards, which favor processes with excellent results that allow the company make good decisions and meeting the objectives underway.
