Description
Summary:At the present, social and technological changes have led to the transformation of education at all levels in which Information and Communication Technologies allow teachers and students to make decisive changes in the daily tasks of the classroom and in the process of teaching and learning. Teachers are unaware of the technological tools for learning mathematics because they are not in constant training on the design of activities in these tools because there is fear, resistance to change and they are unaware of their diversification and usefulness, for the presentation of content that captures the interest, attention and motivation of students. The objective of the project is to develop multimedia educational activities through the Educaplay technological tool, to strengthen the learning of mathematics in third grade students of the "Rotary Club" School of Basic Education, Latacunga canton, Cotopaxi province, year 2021. The methodology was based on the interpretive approach because it allows a deep and reflective analysis of the subjective and intersubjective meanings that are part of the realities studied. The present work is based on qualitative research since it follows the stages: preparatory, field, analytical and informative-proposal and is descriptive and documentary. The applied method is the inductive one, the technique is the observation with its instrument the guide of the observation. The results are interactive multimedia activities such as: word search, matching columns, completing texts, froggy jumps, matching mosaics and linking elements that promote student learning, to turn them into builders of their own knowledge and acquire skills. This research work contributes to the use and application of the Educaplay technological tool, in order for the teacher to acquire digital skills in terms of the development of technological resources that contribute to the development of content in the classroom so that students acquire the knowledge of mathematics and develop their mathematical logical thinking.
