Auditoría interna al sistema de gestión de calidad en la empresa MIXERVICES Cía. Ltda., ubicada en el cantón Ambato provincia de Tungurahua, en el periodo 2018.

The purpose of the present project is to verify agreement with the international standard ISO 9001:2015, in the MIXERVICES, company by means of an internal audit of the quality management system, also to identify the audit as a tool that allows the reflection of efficiency and effectiveness of quality policies, offering quality products to the market. The methodology used in this project possessed a non-experimental nature because it was based on the observation of phenomena as they occur in their natural context to analyze them later on. In the same way, it is a descriptive study that points out the characteristics of the instruments that were used to collect the information. Finally, the audit stages consisting of planning, permanent, and current files, were executed which allowed the analysis of the organization's quality management system, and after the examination to establish the different irregularities in the process, such as: the control of supplies and materials, the lack of control during the execution of the gardening and cleaning service, which are made known to the manager of the company through a final report where the appropriate recommendations of the major nonconformities are determined, and minors. The execution of the examination will be a great assistant for the company to identify the weaknesses of its management system and make the necessary corrections in order to have favorable results in the new audit certification which ones that help to renew its certification.
