Plan de logística vehicular en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Provincia de Cotopaxi.

The research project entitled "Vehicle logistics plan in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Province of Cotopaxi" had the objectives of theoretically describing the logistics and vehicular distribution models; diagnose the current situation of vehicle designation and assignment in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the province of Cotopaxi and propose a logistics plan for the use of vehicles. The research methodology was based on a quantitative approach since information and measurable data were collected through surveys addressed to the 152 public servants (administrative personnel) under the labor regime of the Organic Law of Public Service LOSEP of the prefecture of Cotopaxi. , who are users of the institution's light vehicles. The main results suggest that the Cotopaxi Provincial GAD has rules and procedures to manage its vehicle fleet; However, those directly responsible do not fully comply with these regulations, which causes them to carry out the activities inadequately, and therefore it is proposed to design a vehicle logistics plan for the GADPC, in order to improve the administrative management of vehicle management. , in accordance with current legal regulations for the efficient administration and management of public sector assets in Ecuador.
