Desarrollo de un aplicativo móvil para la gestión de servicios mediante inteligencia artificial para la geolocalización en la Compañía de Camionetas Doble Cabinas Cocamixtri S.A.

The current project allowed the development of a mobile application oriented towards Android devices for the transport management services directed to the Double cab pickups company COCAMIXTRI S.A. It will let the client have access to these services through the mentioned application by having the option of adding a reference before the generation of a request, with the support of artificial intelligence. In this way, the nearest unit can be located by sending a notification. Subsequently, when the driver accepts the request, a route is automatically generated between the client and the automotive on the map interface. Once the service is completed, the client has the alternative to comment with the respective opinion and rate the service. As a development methodology, Mobile-D was used, allowing optimal performance, reducing costs and maintaining interaction between the developer and the company. It also helps to define the tools used in this advance, such as Android Studio, an IDE for developing native applications on Android; Firebase as database manager, MapBox of APIs, and others that will help in the application manufacture. The results reflect great acceptability of users’ population from the canton by evidencing their interest in getting involved with new services such as this application. This is possible, due to the intuitive interfaces of users for connecting without any inconvenience to this application. Consequently, the company has increased its mobility with this service.
