Evaluación de los factores de riesgo ergonómico en los procesos operativos de la empresa Lidersur - Peralvo Garcia Marco Vinicio.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate the assessment of ergonomic risk factors in the operations of the LIDERSUR-PERALVO GARCÍA MARCO VINICIO company. We will use a type of mixed methodology to provide us with quantitative data which precedes qualitative data or vice versa. This is to provide a broader field of vision in order to analyze ergonomic conditions in areas such as sales, coordination and logistics (planning, cargo transportation and delivery). The results highlight the existence of risk factors that may affect the health and performance of workers, potentially creating MSD-type diseases. We chose the assessment method supported by international ergonomic organizations, and adapted it to the specificities of each job. Subsequently, we measured and evaluated the risks using ROSA, REBA and OCRA methods, and concluded that there is a considerably high level of risk. Those identified with a high level of risk will be provided with suggestions and guidance to address the problem effectively. The results of this study not only have direct consequences for occupational health in the aforementioned company, but also provide valuable insights for other organizations seeking to improve ergonomic conditions in similar work environments. In summary, this research highlights the relevance of facing ergonomic risks so as to promote a safer and more effective work environment, both at LIDERSUR-PERALVO GARCÍA MARCO VINICIO and in other similar settings.
