Тойм:The research carried out assumes as a problem "The teaching motivation affects the learning of the students at “Federación Deportiva de Cotopaxi” Educational Unit" in La Maná canton, province of Cotopaxi, during the 2019-2021 school period". After solving the problem, the general objective was to implement methodological strategies to improve the teaching-learning process in "Federación Deportiva de Cotopaxi" Educational Unit. To achieve this, the researcher relied on the mixed research approach and applied research and from this point of reference, the empirical, deductive, statistical, non-experimental method, survey, PNI, criteria of specialists were used, which allowed to carry out an investigation and arrive at the following conclusions: The main causes of the application of motivational strategies used by teachers were identified during the educational process in the classrooms. The written work was based on bibliographies to put it into practice taking into account what was consulted. Motivational strategies are designed for teachers for the use of special teaching resources in the classroom. The proposal was applied and evaluated and thus improve the teaching-learning process.
