Summary:In the process of using polyurethane for the manufacture of acoustic boards, and thermal injecting polyurethane Verton Polyurethanes enterprise, makes a lot of waste, and it is generated as the injection process is not compact, and burrs of considerable dimensions are generated that they are cut and cast off to landfills, finding the Industry Verton linked to a variety of environmental regulations where there are restrictions on the disposal of waste to ordinary landfills, since these compounds are not friendly to the environment. The rigid polyurethane foam is a rot-proof, chemically neutral substance. This makes their chemical composition affects the environment. So by this thesis project is to design and implement a method that allows us milling of existing waste polyurethane, and storing and subsequent production processes reuse in considerable quantities, this will be done by implementing a mill hammer type which has a capacity of volume approximate 1.51 3/ h
