| Samenvatting: | The present work studies the psychosocial factors and their incidence in the work performance of the workers in the health centers of the Latacunga district. The applied methodology was a descriptive investigation with real data from the health centers, without manipulation, identifying the current situation of all its departments; the applied modality was documentary and scientific with a quantitative approach. The measurement of the variables of this research is focused on determining the incidence of psychosocial factors in work performance, and the questionnaire established by the Ministry of Labor and applied to 201 workers through a simple random screening was applied. Among the psychosocial risk factors that have a significant and negative impact on work performance, workload and pace, development of skills, margin of action and control, support and support, workplace bullying, addiction to work and double presence are mentioned ( work – family). |
