Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | This research work deals with the design of a process management model based on ISO 9001:2015 in the production area of the handicraft association "ASOCOLESIG" in the Sigchos canton, aims to standardize the production processes that are developed within in the association, establishing strategies to optimize resources, to give way to the fulfillment of business objectives, market and customer requirements. Within the research, the initial strategic position of the association was analyzed with respect to the requirements of the ISO 9001.2015 standard, through the collection of information of the processes and the application of the ISO Check list, in order to establish a proposal for a quality management model. The present research is developed as a non-experimental study and is based on a field modality, executing techniques and instruments such as observation, matrix (PESTEL, SWOT) and a documentary analysis to measure the percentage of compliance of the association against the clauses required by the ISO standard. Among the results obtained, the different strategic deficiencies in each of the processes were identified, as well as the low profitability in the market, due to the lack of updated records for the respective control of the operations in the association. It is concluded that once the proposed model is applied within the association, it will have the capacity to offer dairy products that meet the demands of customers, in turn, a standardized control will be obtained in the processes generated in the association, thus avoiding economic losses generated by non-compliance with regulations and finally, the levels of quality, reliability and efficiency within the operational processes will be raised. |
