Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | This project is based on the use of tourist potential of Pujilí canton for a Tourism Operator implementation based on Business Development Plan. For the development of this work, the scientific method was used, in which there was a sequential process for its development, it began with the identification of research problem, the methodology, the instrument to be used and its results to develop the Business Plan and the process validation with experts and users’ approval with appropriate methods. Chapter one responds to the first objective, based on a bibliographic review on the subject. Chapter two responds to the second objective; in which the Business Plan was developed based on a business model, identifying essential elements for its development, such as: Description of Customers; Analysis of demand; Income model; Expense model; Economic indicators, Key resources; Human Talent Management; Role and competencies of employees; Availability of required materials and supplies; Competitor analysis; distribution channels and identification of the Investment; Competitive advantages; Competitive position; Identification of the price; investment, market research, marketing management. Chapter three responds to the third objective; which is the validation of experts and users of the proposed Business Plan and; The present work is finished with conclusions and recommendations for its implementation. |
