Summary: | The following research work presents the proposal design of a processing management model for “Embutidos La Madrileña”, whose main end is that of improving business management and therefore the productivity and organizational competitiveness. In such study, there is a display of three chapters. The first one contains the theoretical related basics packed with each fundamental category of the investigation, among them, Administration, Administrative Process, The Theory of Systems, Value Chain, and Management Processing. Within the second chapter, it performs a situational diagnosis of the company and its present situation determining the SOWT frame (Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats) and the impact rates of external and internal factors. The third chapter describes the proposal itself based on the information gathered, identifying the central procedures, chain of value, activities and its respective flowchart. |
