| Shrnutí: | This research work has as purpose to contribute in de teaching-learning process improvement through the teacher management for getting a collaborative learning. This will be developed by the application of learning techniques which permit to develop the student’s capabilities and skills with the teacher’s supervision by. The objectives of this research work were aimed at achieving substantial changes, one of these is to ensure the quality of education, to strengthen and develop skills through the practice. All of this framed in the development of education learning technique. This process offers the possibility of significant changes in the way of teaching, since these techniques alone do not improve automatically the inductive model in which students preparing them selves for the challenges that now a day the word has. It concludes with a proposal for a manual learning technique for dimensioning the teacher management in the teaching-learning process, the more didactic the class is, the better the results will be in the students of the school. |
