| Sammanfattning: | The present research was carried out in the Valent Roses company in the province of Pichincha, Tabacundo parish, with the objective of evaluating the result of the use of two biostimulants (commercial and organic) on the quality of the production of cut roses in the varieties ( Mondial and Explorer). This study tested two Biostimulants: one commercial (amino acids), another Organic (biosangre) applied edaphically every 30 days during the variety cycle, arranged in a completely randomized block design (DBCA), with three treatments and three repetitions in the two varieties. As a result, 18 experimental units were obtained. The variables evaluated were plant height, harvest cycle, nutrient concentration in sap and duration of days of vase life. The outcomes obtained in the plant height variable were for T1 (commercial) with 79.48cm at 75 days. As for the cycle to harvest variable it showed T1 (commercial) as the best with an average of 94 days in the Mondial variety. and 112 days in the Explorer variety. In the variable concentration of nutrients in sap, the best biostimulant was T1 (commercial) for the varieties evaluated and these were superior to those contained in the control group. On the other hand, the variable duration in vase treatment T1 (commercial) had a duration of 30 days in the two varieties analyzed. Therefore, it is established that the use of biostimulants improves flower quality, vase life and the amount of nutrients present in rose cultivation and at the same time avoids excessive consumption of agrochemicals. |
