The investigation takes a quantitative approach, in which numerical data is collected and analyzed to examine the knowledge and application of ICT in project management within the institution. For this, the survey technique was used to collect the information. The collected data was processed using the SPSS software and analyzed using descriptive statistics to obtain a detailed understanding of the topic raised. |

De tal manera que el presente trabajo investigativo se encamino en determinar los factores que interfieren en el normal desenvolvimiento del uso de las tics para el control y cumplimiento de proyectos en el Registro de la Propiedad del cantón Latacunga. La investigación adopta un enfoque cuantitativo, en el que se recopilan y analizan datos numéricos para examinar el conocimiento y la aplicación de las TIC en la gestión de proyectos dentro de la institución. Para ello, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta para recopilar la información.
