Ամփոփում: | The present Investigation has as problem: In what way does the basic principles of the Montessori method affect the Initial Education of the Educational Unit Marco Aurelio Subía Martínez - Battle of Panupali? , being a topic of great importance in the educational field which aims to diagnose the presence of the basic principles of the María Montessori method in the teaching-learning process in initial education of the Marco Aurelio Subía Martínez Educational Unit - Battle of Panupali. The research carried out is based on the mixed approach and various types of research were used, which allowed us to obtain a broader diagnosis about the problem raised, for which techniques and instruments were developed, such as the interview applied to managers, which could show that the Teachers need training to improve their work in the educational field, while in the surveys applied to the institution's teachers it was observed that 40% always apply the Montessori methodology when giving their class, on the other hand, 60% almost This methodology is always applied, and in the observation sheet applied to the children it can be seen that only 4% of the infants carry out the activities spontaneously, while 80% are in the process since they are self-conscious about carrying out these activities. On the other hand, 16% fail to carry out the activities. To conclude we can mention that the authorities of the educational institution and teachers know about the Montessori methodology and its importance in education, the same ones that it manages to apply when interacting with the infant, in an autonomous, exploratory and free way in which the child be part of their knowledge with the teacher's guide, leaving traditional education aside, that is why they seek to obtain continuous training that helps their formation. |
