Desarrollo de un sistema E-COMMERCE para la empresa AILYN ubicado en el cantón Latacunga

The online commerce systems implementation has acquired great importance both nationally and internationally, being a crucial need for diverse organizations. The objective of this project is to optimize sales processes in commercial activities of Ailyn company, specialized in beauty products sales, personal care items, household goods, and clothing. The process development was carried out applying Kanban methodology, allowing to establish system requirements, task planning, and meetings. This methodology not only facilitates effective task structuring, also it promoted visualization and transparent progress tracking through Kanban boards, optimizing the execution of each project phase. The choice of programming tools, such as the Laravel framework, Laravel libraries, programming languages, and databases like MySQL, efficiently enabled software development, ensuring robust performance tailored to the specific project needs. Survey validation, supported by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, confirmed the consistency of customer responses. Furthermore, contributions from the company owner emphasized the strategic importance of acquiring an e-commerce system, providing valuable insights into the specific business needs. This project not only stands as a response to the identified challenges in Ailyn 's online sales processes but also represents a valuable contribution at technological field, incorporating effective methods, results supported by rigorous analysis, and conclusions endors the adoption of e-commerce systems to enhance business efficiency.
