Resumo:The objective of this integrative project is to develop a set of technological applications of the solid food packing-packaging machine located in the fruit and vegetable laboratory, to apply them in the packaging stage in agro-industrial transformation processes, for this purpose the operation and maintenance of the equipment was determined through a bibliographic review, in which the parts, functions, basic operation and actions that help to keep the equipment in optimal conditions were reviewed, The equipment performs the function of volumetric dosing, bag formation, filling by injection, sealing and cutting, from 2 to 5 units per minute, with a maximum cutting height of 17 cm, and the weight can range from 1 to 100 g, with 0.2 g as a margin of error. The manuals were used to carry out 3 demonstrative packaging practices: for máchica, in which 9 packages of approximately 100 g were packaged, giving a packaging yield of 99.59%; for cedrón tea, in which 21 packages of approximately 3 g were packaged, giving a packaging yield of 98.46%; and for roasted candied corn, in which 13 packages of approximately 100 g were packaged, giving a packaging yield of 99.56%.
