Ltda. with the objective of evaluating the existing risks and dangers, carried out an investigative work complying with the technical-legal, national and international aspects in the flower growing area involved with occupational health and safety. The methodology that was used in this descriptive design, which later gave us the opportunity to carry out investigative work in risk assessment in each area of the company, both operational and administrative in its facilities, revealed several non-compliances in accordance with current law, which is why the respective diagnosis was carried out in general for each work site in conjunction with the personnel involved, the Workers know very little about the risks existing in the flower growing area to which they are exposed in the company. |
