Auditoría de gestión a la compañía de transporte de carga pesada, hgm asociados s.a., ubicado en la parroquia Guajalo del cantón Quito, provincia de Pichincha, al periodo de 01 de enero al 31 de diciembre del 2012

The present research work corresponds a management audit that was made at the HGM PARTNERS S.A. company's transporting heavy loads, in order to make an analysis of the procedures in the Administrative and Financial departments which influence in its economic activity, for determining the shortcomings that prevent the efficient compliance when providing the service of transporting heavy freight door to door. To achieve optimum results within the scope of application and enforcement is necessary to use real and objective, the same which is provided directly by the Company Manager, thanks to the application of collection techniques how: direct observation based on the got information could be determined the following shortcomings: lack of training programs for workers, lack of incentives overtime, late financial information, coordination lack of administrative activities and surveys made to people who are immersed with the activities of the employees organization and customers, the interview is directed to General Manager. Then, we make the appropriate analysis and interpretation. The application of a Management Audit was of great help to the enterprise, although, that through the conclusions and recommendations issued the Meeting of Shareholders may make decisions that help to solve the weaknesses found.
