“El arte infantil como herramienta pedagógica de motricidad fina en los niños de Educación Inicial”

The purpose of the research project is to analyze children's art as a pedagogical tool for fine motor skills in preschool children in the province of Cotopaxi in the canton of Pujilí, Tingo la Esperanza parish; therefore, the objective is focused on diagnosing the development of fine motor skills in early childhood art in children, for which the research used a descriptive type with a qualitative approach, and for data collection was the technique of the interview with teachers and an observation sheet to the children of the 4 schools in analysis; managing to determine that there are deficiencies in children's art, so that children have difficulty in learning in the motor area. After investigating and learning about the different theories and perspectives of the teachers, it is concluded that the children of El Tingo la Esperanza parish at the initial level I-II, is not as expected, since there are children who lack skills and abilities in the classroom and their environment, because they do not have the necessary didactic material, which hinders the work of teachers to stimulate the fine motor skills of infants, so it is advisable to apply new teaching strategies in the development of fine motor skills of children in the initial level.
