In the three treatments blood samples were obtained before each application for hormonal analysis GnRH, LH, FSH, testosterone and cortisol, measuring testicular morphology and histology. The treatment consisted of applying the Inmunoesterilizados 3 doses of anti-GnRH (INNOSURE®) 2ml vaccine to each animal subcutaneously, LH, FSH, testosterone and cortisol was analyzed before, during and after application of the vaccine .
