The results obtained from the research have made it possible to show that in the population, mainly negative perceptions have been generated, characterized by social prejudices about Venezuelan migrants, because they have not been able to have a direct interaction that allows them to share ideas, experiences, dreams, desires and recognize themselves as equals, so it is necessary to foster empathy, tolerance and respect. |

Para lo cual se empleó una metodología de diseño bibliográfico y de campo, con un enfoque mixto cualitativo y cuantitativo, aplicando las técnicas de encuesta y grupo de discusión para determinar las percepciones tanto de los migrantes venezolanos como de los directivos de los barrios de Pinllo, acerca de la realidad de los migrantes y el impacto que esta situación ha generado en la comunidad.
