Therefore distribution transformers and in general, all kinds of transformers. They need to be tested with different teams for each of the tests that are required before operating it. The tests performed to distribution transformers described in this research are referred to the NTE INEN, ANSI / IEEE standards for electrical and ASTM tests for testing dielectric oil. The design of the laboratory for testing distribution transformers for the institution, is aimed at the study of the rules for conducting the tests distribution transformers. Prior to an investigation has felt the need to implement the laboratory for the benefit of those who have the opportunity to come to this institution to make the most of the theoretical content - practical framing this paper, this lab will be able to know the main tests performed to a transformer before putting into operation and how to put to good use and maintenance of the current transformers or voltage so they do not fail and are operating with normal operating parameters. |
