Resumo:The presented final thesis proposes the Balanced Scorecard; design for the “Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crèdito Adina Ltda.”. It designed this one system of management top level for his approval and presentation, to the rest to the equipment of work. The Balanced Scorecard it is the new one created method to align the personal aims and departmental with the strategy by means of the communication, linking this way the aims strategic with the long-term and annual budgets. To design the Balanced Scorecard It used the technic of the interview semi structured; inside the organization it was possible to find some failings in the following departments: human resources, credit and collection, cash desks and attention to the client, what can to be concerning what can be affecting to the institutional well-being….
