Summary:Although the Ecuadorian Central of Agricultural Services (CESA), has been a foundation that works with the rural sector supporting the management of resources, marketing technical and social water management, which has teams distributed at strategic points allowing communication among them being able to display hydrographic data, however the deployment of such data are collected manually, which affects that organization because to perform such task are moved several factors such as transportation and technical support, taking into account that the location is distant and almost inaccessible, which leads to the development of this project, which aims to systematize the communication control for the transmission of hydrographic data of the network of JTP equipment distributed in the micro- basin of the Cutuchi River that provides better performance in the data logging task. For the development of the present project has been proposed to use the Cisco and Incremental Iterative Development methodologies that would serve as support in the execution of the technological proposal allowing the development and approach of an arduino server that facilitates the process of extraction of hydrographic data, and in such a way obtain information in real time reflected in a database, being possible to have a backup to obtain quality information in the organization.
