| Zusammenfassung: | This project is motivated by the boom experienced by industrial automation in recent years, providing industries and companies with fully automatic and integrated control systems. Industrial automation is a set of techniques based on systems capable of receiving information about the process on which they act, performing analysis actions, organizing and controlling them appropriately with the objective of optimizing production resources, such as materials, human, economic, financial , etc. In the specific case of air conditioners, the automation allows to guarantee the comfort conditions in the environment to be conditioned. The automation of industry, civil works and buildings and their intelligent control, constitutes a novel technology that totally changes the concept of traditional electromechanical control with its complexity and installation problems. The objective of this project will be to implement an automated didactic module, for air conditioning process with an S7-1200 PLC. By improving the student learning process of the Electromechanical Major. An air treatment process will be used to modify certain characteristics such as humidity and temperature additionally, air impurity can also be improved. The student will benefit by strengthening his knowledge, will know each of its components and their operations, will know the importance and operation of each equipment that constitute it and program using TIA PORTAL V.12.0 software to control the operation of the refrigeration devices using a computer . Thanks to the automation of the air conditioning systems it is possible to optimize the energy consumption and the workforce since it has a system that works automatically optimizing all the processes that take part in it and allowing the maintainers of the system to go to another series of works that do not imply the constant supervision of this one. |
