These customs and traditions are reflected in the popular celebrations, which are the greatest cultural artistic expression of a town. This research has as objective develop an educational Didactic Guide for the Folkloric Calendar Festival of Ecuador to give to know to the students of Engineering in Ecotourism Career an educational and didactic form the different festivals that take place in a calendar year. For this was defined in three chapters: Chapter I discusses with theoretical elements that hold the present research, with technical backgroup such as history, folklore, holiday concepts, the liturgical year and its importance in the Ecuadorian parties.
