For this reason, the objective is to implement a web and mobile application through computer tools for software development to manage the sales of the products of the company Frio Centro. In order to know the management process of the company, interviews, and surveys were carried out with the owner and workers of the company, identifying the problem and collecting requirements. Also, the MVC architecture was applied with the help of the object-oriented programming paradigm and the work style of the Scrum methodology in the web environment and the Mobile-D methodology in the mobile environment and the Unified Modelling Language (UML) for the development of diagrams of use cases, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The web application consists of a register of products and sales, and the mobile application has a record of all the information handled by the company. They result in the management of products, the sales process of the company Frio Centro, which covers all the specific needs, allowing the owner to have greater ease in the processes of control and management of information, helping to achieve greater security of information. |

They result in the management of products, the sales process of the company Frio Centro, which covers all the specific needs, allowing the owner to have greater ease in the processes of control and management of information, helping to achieve greater security of information.La presente propuesta tecnológica se realizó en la empresa “Frio Centro” de la ciudad de Latacunga, Provincia de Cotopaxi, donde los procesos de ventas se llevan a cabo en anotaciones manuales, también se evidenció que existen bajas ventas ocasionadas por no existir un control de los inventarios de los productos de la empresa, conllevando a la perdida de varios productos, por tal razón el objetivo es implementar un aplicativo web y móvil mediante herramientas informáticas para el desarrollo del software con la finalidad de gestionar las ventas los productos de la empresa Frio Centro. Para conocer el proceso de la gestión que lleva la empresa se realizó entrevistas y encuestas al propietario y trabajadores de la empresa, identificando el problema y la recolección de requerimientos. También, se aplicó la arquitectura MVC con la ayuda del paradigma de programación orientada a objetos y el estilo de trabajo de la metodología Scrum en el entorno web y la metodología Mobile-D en el entorno móvil y el Lenguaje de Modelado Unificado (UML) para la elaboración de diagramas de casos de uso, diagramas de clases y diagramas de actividades. El aplicativo web consta de un registro de productos y ventas, el aplicativo móvil posee el registro de toda la información que maneja la empresa. Dando como resultado la gestión de los productos, del proceso de ventas de la empresa Frio Centro.
