Offering a better service of communication to the assistants of the organization. It implants a migration of the infrastructure in the active directory and exchange mail servers mounted on the Operative Windows Server 2012 Standard R2 system. The present researching contains two modules, the one is the entire project: 1) Active directory and 2) High availability mail service also it uses the Microsoft Solution Frameworks Methodology (MSF), which provide five stages: a) Vision, b) Planning, c) Development, d) Stabilization, e) Implantation, which guide the development of the project in the appropriate way.
