Sumari:Nowadays, education is improving the teaching-learning process focus on the gender equality which avoids some stereotypes we had many years ago. This research is related on making an Educational Coexistence Manual based in the gender equality for improving the interpersonal relations, promoting an environment of respect which allows children’s formation, who learn transcendental values which are strong and basic for the construction of an equality and friendship environment in the institution. This study makes reference to the psycho-pedagogical basis and the historical-cultural focus in relation to the gender equality and the teaching- learning process. The most important aspects that we want to eradicate are: the chauvinist and different adopting stereotypes for old traditions. The study is focusing on the descriptive investigation with methods, techniques and a wide analysis and interpretation which allow knowing the necessity and the feasibility of this kind of work. The Educational Coexistence Manual is based on the gender equality that pretends helping to principal, teachers, boys, girls and parents from the “Abdón Calderón” Primary School for a good coexistence. The value and the viability will be according to the use of this manual which improves the interpersonal relationships between boys and girls in the institution.
