Gestión pública y su impacto en la desnutrición crónica infantil en la parroquia San jacinto del cantón Buena Fe año 2023.

This research project dives into the crucial interaction between public management and chronic childhood malnutrition in the San Jacinto de Buena Fe Parish during the year 2023. Public management, as a regulatory entity and policy implementer, plays a key role in this scenario with its direct impact on the health and development of children. Furthermore, the need for a comprehensive approach that addresses not only food availability, but also education, access to health services and socioeconomic conditions underlying malnutrition is highlighted. This thesis focused on analyzing public management and its impact on child malnutrition, the strategies used to reduce malnutrition in the canton and what the causes are, by conducting interviews with the officials in charge of information. To carry out the research, the interview was used as a research instrument. In short, it is a call to action, highlighting the urgency of a renewed commitment by public management in the fight against chronic childhood malnutrition, emphasizing the need for active collaboration between local leaders, community organizations and citizens to build a future. where the health and well-being of children is not compromised by a lack of resources and effective policies.
